SYNOPSIS

Azania wakes up in the morning after having a nightmare. It is the 27th of April, Azania’s 25th birthday which she has no intentions of celebrating because of a horrifying event that happened a year ago this year. She goes to the community center for her weekend sobriety meeting where she knows that she will see her girlfriend Zuri but when she gets there it is closed. Azania then decides that she will go looking for her  and she finds zuri. As they are having a chat Nkosi, Azania’s male friend comes and  say  something inappropriate about Zuri’s body. Azania stands there frozen instead of helping Zuri which causes Zuri and Azania to have a fight. When Azania arrives home she finds herself at her surprise birthday party that is filled with drug's alcohol and intoxicated people. Zuri arrives at the party and Nkosi forces himself on her. Azania see this happening and this time finds the courage to assist her girlfriend.
